NOEL/ROSE FAMILIES

I am researching my grandmother Agnes Noel Andrews, and have had no success in finding her parents, siblings, etc.
In her obituary, it stated she had a half brother Jim Rose, in Montreal. I presume he was born in Newfoundland and immigrated to Montreal.
Agnes did have a relative by the name of Eliza Noel, who married George Verge and had a son William.
Agnes was born in 1869, Conception Bay area, married Lorenzo Andrews and immigrated to Halifax
