Please unmerge and lock the 2 people of the couples with same names.
We worked for years to get it right and if under 24 hours, the Revisions in the Revisions Tabs we then ask for the curators to unmerge the Cheraw and Old Cheraw merges where there is confusion and with 5 people in the IOW county with the same name at the same time, it took 10 years of atDna for us to figure it all out with the basement locked wills of this pre-Bia Indian Territory family's wills and deeds. Basically, if you see a bird as an avatar or the /Cheraw or /Old Cheraw, we have been through the wills, the deeds and the atDna at very, large teaming, difficult work and would appreciate some respect on not merging differing peoples with the same names.
Private Another curator did unmerge, thank you!
I’ve added a curator note and locked relationships.
A further comment: undo merge is not a perfect tool, or it would be more generally available. So everyone - please be careful with matching / merging similar names & dates. When in doubt - ask! “Contact manager” (on every profile) includes a link, and includes the curator, if any.
Once this particular Ann (Williams) Herring is disconnected from this native line, this particular re-lock can be applied again. This Samuel and Ann Herring belong to an unrelated Roquist Swamp John Williams who was not the same as the Chowan and Nottoway Confluence Planter by the same name. Thanks in advance for the curator assistance.
