I believe there has been a mistake with this name. Colonel William Randolph II should be Colonel William Randolph I (the first). Born 1651 according to Geni, which I also believe to be a mistake because he was baptized November 7, 1650. This William Randolph (the first) married Mary Isham. William Randolph II aka William Randolph Jr was their son. Thank you!
