I have a big problem. Long ago I incorrectly placed 3 people as son, father and Grandfather. All with the same name. After some research I found that the middle person I thought was the father, should not be there at all. The "grandfather" is in fact the father, so I have a surplus profile that Geni does not allow me to merge with the "son" or the "Grandfather" What do I do?

Through the relationship tab move the middle one who didn’t really exist up a generation and then merge into his “brother” (former father). Be sure to resolve data conflicts ! This should place the son correctly in the tree.
