This looks like the baptism record for Aaghie/Aaghje (spelling?)
Compare the name for mother (specifically) and father to that for Joan Matthijse on https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-DZN4-WR3 (third from the bottom of the right hand page)
