Arsenio Tiongson appears to have the same name as my great grand father. What interests me more is that he is a brother of Anastacia Tiongson who during the American occupation in 1899 went to Pangasinan. My great grand father came from Pangasinan before settling here in Talavera, Nueva Ecija. According to some family stories, my great grand father was born in Malolos, Bulacan.
