Hello all, is there a generous soul among you who is wiling to visit the US Holocaust Memorial Museum to view (and possibly photocopy, if permitted) a Gestapo file on my relative, Clara Philipsborn (1890-195?). It must be requested a week in advance to be sent to the reading room. If you are able to do this, I’ll give you contact information for the archivist. The document is part of the Politisches Archiv des Auswaertiges Amt, Germany, archival collection RG-14.108, file R 99846, box 12.
I will be happy to cover travel and time expenses, within reason. I hope to use this information for an article that is due on May 15.
