It seems likely that Robert Maugridge is the son of John 1580, not John 1560 and Robert's birthdate is c 1605..
The date 15 Oct 1623 is probably the date of his marriage to Dorothy after Helen died earlier that year, abt March 5, probably from childbirth complications.
The 1640 death date seems ok..
