Hello,

Can some curator cancel the profile of Marleen De Geest from the same parents as following profile ?
Marleen Ghislaine Hendrike Anna De Geest

These are exactly the same person ! We allready improved it with 6 persons, cousins, and are waiting for
the cleaning up.

And we know we talk about a living person so not a public profile but as we all work together we all see it !

Because the profile is claimed by Marleen De Geest, we are not allowed to merge unless she gives us permission.

Hello,
Thanks for answering.
May be it's possible that some curator send her a message with 2 options: that se does the matching OR that she gives the permission to GENI.. Because she doesn't know there are difficulties in the tree.
This problem occurs frequently and is a reason that matching profiles keep "hanging"

hello there is no need to, a curator just can merge her profiles, i'm sure of that. Her sister and other family members gave permission allready. But Marleen has other worries now so not on Geni and i'm not going to ask her now but i'm sure we can merge.

I'm allready happy they were interested in the tree.
