Okay. Thanks to what Erica Howton provided, we can safely say that Captain Daniel Bailey has the wrong wife. The DAR records and records I found on Ancestry all confirm that Molly Stanley is not his wife.

This lady: Molly Bailey is. Just need to figure out how to not have it say "Mary" in the url and we'd be good.

Just a point of clarification for people who might read this discussion. DAR records do not provide a list of children of the ancestor. They list those that were used in lineage for DAR applicants.

Right. =) We still need to fix the parents, though.

Sources on Ancestry that aren't on Familysearch and that I can't link as I have a free account have confirmed this lady's identity. The wife we have for Daniel Bailey right now is incorrect.

I have sourced the profile up as much as I could. How do I fix the name? Molly Bailey

Profile view > edit profile > basics tab > edit names etc (save & close). Move her as wife of Daniel Bailey. In the relationships tab of the children, select the drop down pair (Daniel Bailey & Molly Standley). When done, post back here for a disconnect of Molly Stanley as wife of Daniel Bailey. You should probably edit out that Molly’s last name back to Stanley.
