I am very active in geni but have experienced many difficult problems that make my work difficult:
Since I am a direct descendant of very large rabbinical families and dynasties, I come to these families through different children. The algorithm does not recognize this and causes very strange things:Every two weeks or so, the algorithm reset to some great grandparents, and the others disconnect me from them and show me another connection to them until the algorithm is reset and again shows me the right connection, but immediately shows me the wrong connection with my others great grandfathers and great-grandmothers.
It should be noted that in my father's profile everything is normal, it only happens in my profile,
Also, I can not add myself to any project, nor can I see who's viewing my profile
What can be done to resolve the issue?
Please note that I turned to technical support months ago, but the problem is not resolved
