Peter is not the father of James Fugitt. This information is completly wrong. There is proof from church records that the father of James married to Dorothy Pettit was James Fuckett. His mother was Eme Lambe. James had a brother William who died as an infant.
James Fuckett and Eme Lambe had only two children: James and William after their marriage. No Peter. Peter was a French man and had to be naturalized but James was English. He had not to be naturalized. Why not, when he was a brother of Peter? Because they weren't. Their last name was similar but not the same. Peter is not at all related to James from Yarmouth. And only James is mentioned in several wills not Peter. The father of James died when he was little and Eme married two more times. There are records about this marriages.
I also never found a record with the name Lawton. The marriage record and baptism records show thhe name Fuckett only. Where does the name Lawton come from? Where is the record? And where is the record that says that Marys middle name was "E". And still there is no proof that her last name was Martin.
