I just noticed that John Hume, Nobel Peace Prize, 1998's tree is woefully small. I added his parents' names, his one sibling that I know of, and his children, but we clearly need much more. Does anyone have an interest in working on this?
Mr. Hume is 82 years old with dementia, so I doubt that would happen. He's an internationally-known public figure and there's no reason we can't research his ancestors, the same way we do with everyone else.
He has stated that his surname comes from his Scottish great-grandfather, who was Presbyterian. That could be a way to connect him to the World Family Tree. He also has extensive Donegal roots.
