I am trying to figure out what or which database subscriptions would suit my needs. Good advice gratefully welcomed. I don't mind paying for what I need but I don't want to buy access to a lot of stuff that I wont use. I need access to NY naturalization USA, and USA NY selective service records. And USA ship manifests for arrivals post 1900. In Czechia, newspaper obituary/death notices, church and shul birth death & marriage records. I see ancestry.com, myheritage, what other data services should I be looking at?
Any kind advice to an inexperienced, unsophisticated person would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
