The John who married Cora Lumbeck is from Athens County, OH and died in 1947. He is son of a different Jacob Tittle and his 2nd wife, Mary McConnaghy/McConaha. THAT Jacob is the one who was in the Civil war in Co E174 OH Inf. We have his widow's pension file (the 3rd wife, Rebecca).
The son John D. of Jacob Tittle and Catherine Myers died in 1898 (as it shows in the headstone photo in his profile) in Butler County. I couldn't find a marriage.
