Alexander Crawford - Johne Crawford, 1545

Hello,
This is my first venture into looking for a relative on this site, but I have tried everything else I can think of. I have managed to trace my Crawford line to my "uphteenth" great grandfather, whose name was Johne Crawford, who was born in Scotland in about 1545. The only child of his that I can find, is an Alexander Crawford, who was born in Scotland in 1575. Alexander's wife is only listed as Mrs. Alexander Crawford. I have found no reference to siblings anywhere else, but I see a George and a Sir John Earl listed here, and am wondering if they are "mine?"

I have worked on my tree a little in the past, but the older I get, the more compelled I feel to find out all I can. Actually, I find it absolutely addicting, and can barely stop at night and go to bed.

I would love and appreciate any thoughts on this elusive relative, whose wife is listed as Mrs. Johne Crawford.
