G'day Sharon,
Isabel Fysh birth date comes from a Wikitree entry (about1875). Diane Anderson is managing that. I have sent her an email.
Regards,
Mike Wade.

@Isabel Helen Wade. Hi Sharon. Thanks for picking that up. The information re her birth date was taken from the book of Shelagh Byrne Spence - well her placing in the family list was used for the date. If you forward me your email address I will gladly send you a copy of the entry. There was, however, the birth of a daughter further up the sibling line, but there was no name for this child, only that it was a daughter. I feel sure that Isabel fits in there, rather than much further down. This is strengthened by the information on her marriage certificate (she married as a major), and the age on her death notice. She was 55 years old when she died on 3 Jan 1922, which brings her birth year to about 1867. This then throws a spoke in the wheel for the birth year of my great grandfather, Alfred Ernest Fysh. When I have a gap I will look for his death notice, or any other notices I can find. You are welcome to alter both on Geni and Wikitree if you would like to - I am snowed under with work currently, and load shedding doesn't help! Warm regards, Diane. Deecee744@gmail.com

@Isabel Helen Wade - just a heads-up to anyone following Isabel, she is sometimes recorded as Helen Wade and even Ellen Wade.

Will take a look and adjust where you want me to.

Alfred Ernest Fysh might have been her twin?

Possible Sharon but I doubt it. My sister and I are twins and we would definitely have been told if Grandma Ramsay's father was a twin. When I have a gap I will try to establish his birth date, and you are welcome to research that as well. Many thanks for the adjustment.
