Updating Profiles

How can I update a profile's e-Mail address? I am the manager of the profile but can't seem to locate a way to open the profile. Has something changed in Geni? Do I need a Pro account to update profiles now?

No, a Pro Account is not needed to update profiles.

Look at the Profile in Question - do you see a Tab for Activity (next to the Overview Tab)?
Does Geni still LIST you (on the Profile in question) as Manager on the Profile?

There is no indication in that tab as to who the manager might be but the profile is now marked private so I am guessing that at some point she changed her status. She cannot remember her password and I can't update the e-Mail.

Sounds like she claimed her profile & has changed email addresses?

Have her try this:

https://www.geni.com/login/send_password

If that doesn’t work, she sends an email to subscriptions@geni.com

Tom - I did not mean look on the Activity Tab for any listing of a Manager.
Those were two completely separate questions.

if there is an Activity Tab, then it is a claimed Profile.

If it is a fully claimed Profile, than there will be no Manager listed on the Profile, and only the Person whose Profile it is can edit it (tho they can, if they want, change that in their settings).
