Your part of the family is documented in a book called "Early Osbornes and Alley Families" by Rita Sutton. It is out of print, but obtainable! You can look on line to see what libraries have the books. Also some of the universities have her books as well. You can try to find out which ones do on line. The Mormon research centers can order a micro film of the book so you can make copies. I read this book over 40 years ago while looking for a Jeremiah Osborne.
Thomas Osborne b. about 1594/1595 m. Mary Goatley. They had Thomas, John, Richard died young, Jeremiah, Stephen, Joseph, Benjamin, Rebecca, and Increase.
Thomas Osborne, John Osborne which is your line married Mariam Rebecca Hand, Jeremiah married Mary Townsend, Richard died very young, Stephen married Sarah Stansborough (my line), Joseph married Pricilla Roberts, Benjamine Osborne married Abigail Talmadge.
