Would you please explain how you derived that Joseph was a carpenter in Philadelphia? I did go into the Philadelphia records and found a Joseph Osburn listed as a carpenter. But where in the records did it state that he was a carpenter when he was in West Virginia? In the purchase?
This Joseph is definitely NOT the son of John Osborn b. 1735 and Elizabeth Claypool, as some might have thought. Their son Joseph was married to a McKenzie and still having children when Joseph and Rhonda were having children.
