I have a family history and tree that my Uncle Tay Cantrell gave me that i guess a family member in Florida gave him(he is now passed and i can't press for more information. In the paper it says that Clarinda Skaggs and Lucinda Rigsby were full blooded Cherokee Indians. Clarinda father was Peter Skaggs and Lucinda parents were Lewis and Elizabeth Deboard. Does anybody have any information on this topic Thanks for any info that might come forth Shirley Wolfenberger
