Albert Sinskey - Has anyone been able to find out the lineage and the story of Albert and Sara coming to America?

I have been able to track down Sara's (Albert's wife) father and Sister--and that Isadore was a Quartermaster for the army. In addition, I have found a note stating that he visited the Bausch Institute--I can only find this in the US.

Also Maurice (1st son) is a mystery as well. He had a family--lived with wife and children and Simon in NY--but family disappears and nothing before or after except that he appears back in Baltimore again. Early death compared to the rest of family. I can find nothing from immigration or birth records re him being born in and from England.
