Jeremiah Beaman - Document Proving Jerimiah Beaman as father to Noah Beaman

I am a descendent of Noah Beaman and am preparing a SAR application based on this relationship.
I am unable to use relevant census records of the time as they list household numbers only.
I have been unable to find a will for Jeremiah or Ruth Barrow Beaman or a land transfer document noting the transfer of property/possessions to this son, Noah.
Can anyone provide a “hard” document recommendation that would support this relationship by SAR?
I can support 6th generation and below with required documentation.
