Lieut. Josiah Torrey was born ABT 1650 in Weymouth, MA, and died 30 OCT 1732 in Mansfield, CT. He was the son of 2. William TORREY and 3. Elizabeth FRY.

He married Sarah WILLSON 5 MAY 1680 in Medfield, MA, daughter of John WILLSON and Sarah HOOKER. She was born 1650. She was the widow of Paul Batt.
