1920 Census has Rosa in Geneva, Kane County, IL at the State Training School for Girls. She is listed as an "inmate" at age 13. Mother and Father are both listed as from Italy. She attended school and is able to read and write.
Have not found Rosa in the 1930 census yet.
1940 Census has Rosa in Hawthorne, NJ married to Joseph Noce with a son and two daughters.
