I've hit a brick wall when it comes to my third great-grandfather, Joseph Knight (b. ~ 1819). I know he was married to Mary Ann Head and had a son, Joseph Knight (b. 1 Jan 1842 in Paris Hills, NY). I've got plenty of data on Joseph (1842) but his dad seems to be a ghost.
