then attended Vincent Massey C.I. (Windsor) 2 yr, [Worked as a linesman for Parr Brothers Electric, AND for Super City Grocery Store as Junior Manager for Part-Time Personnel. then attended W.D.Lowe Tecnical (Windsor) 4 yr, [graduated as Mechanical Draftsman],
1967 started work with the Windsor Utilities Commission, Hydro Engineering as a Electrical Distribution Draftsman. Continued night schooling at St. Clair College (Windsor) 2 yr for electrical and structural drafting upgrades.
1970 changed vocation to the Windsor Police Services doing mandated Patrol Officer deployment. Transferred to the Criminal Intellligence Branch while Attending the Ontario Police College (Recruit Training, Advanced Training, Forensic Identification (Fingerprint Expert, Police Photogrsphy, Scale Crime Scene Diagram, Arson Investigation). Also attended the Canadian Fire Investigation School (Arnprior) for Arson Investigation and the Centre of Forensic Sciences (Toronto) for Homocide and Major Crime Investigation. Performed as a Police Constable elevated to Acting Sergeant, then to Detective assigned to the Forensic Identification Branch. Rose in rank to the Staff Sergeant o/c of the Unit. Related to other PNCO Branches to trouble shoot cost realignments, Worked with the Computer Branch to assist GeoFile Mapping then Worked as o/c Special Investigations, then with Patrol as Platoon Commander at Headquarters before moving to Stafion 2 as Senior Officer o/c. Then to round off my career I was deployed as o/c of the new Windsor Casino (Caesar’s Windsor) for my final 4 years. Served with Membership on the Canadian Identification Society, the Michigan-Ontario Identification AssociTion, the International Police Association, the Windsor Police Association (Board Member)
