I tried looking through the Help Center and Ask the Community. Failing that I attempted to submit a ticket (must one have the Geni Pro membership to do so?) My issue: Is there a limit to how many projects can be displayed in one's Projects Dashboard? I can't find the last Project for which I have a notification of an updated project. At the bottom of my Projects Dashboard, when I click on "More", it never seems to load with more and none of the Projects listed remain highlighted.

On my project dashboard there’s a toggle button that changes the display of 6 projects from “all projects” to “my projects.”

So I think that’s what you want. The image display is max 6, and on the right is “recent activity.”

Also let me know if the toggle button works for you.

As to the question - must one have a Geni Pro membership to submit a ticket - the answer to that is yes.

First, to Lois: thank you for confirming my suspicions about that.

Second, to Erica: I do select My Projects. It usually shows more than 6 for me and at the bottom of that list is what appears to be a button labeled "More". When I click on that, the button goes away and "Loading ..." shows up. But minutes can go by with no additonal projects loaded. I do follow considerably more than 6 projects, the vast majority of the ones I follow are sub-projects of the Great Migration project for the individual passenger ships.

And on the Help Main Page, they spell out "Note: The ability to submit tickets is a Geni Plus and Pro only feature. If you are a basic user, please take advantage of our self-help tools, ..." - so they are not trying to hide it.

but, in case you were not aware - you do not have to be a Pro to "Report a Bug" - (that is found on the Help Main Page) - personally, I usually use the Public Discussions here, but it might make sense to do that as well.

Michael Thomas Brown I have thousands of projects (including the Great Migration ones), and I’m not experiencing this. Do try submitting a bug report, include your computer OS & browser, and a screen shot if possible.
