Mary Dudley is an ancestor of my husband's family. Their ancestry has been research back to Noah (I've seen the documentation to Charlemagne, so far)
In the William McConnaughey/Ellen Berry family book, Mary is documented to have married John Berry on 17 Feb 1711 at Christchurch, Middlesex County, VA. John died 04 Feb 1727.
They are parents to John Dudley Berry, who married Margaret Bell d. 1744. Unfortunately there are no dates available in the book for John Dudley Berry.
John Dudley Berry and Margaret were the parents of Richard Berry b 242 Apr 1740, York County, VA; William Berry b.21 June 1741 York County, VA & Ellen Berry b. 04 May 1742, Lancaster County, VA. Ellen married William Timothy McConnaughey, b. circa 1739, Inverness Scotland. d. 1792.
