I have reached a road block in my search of paternal relatives and am hoping that someone may be able to assist.
I already have the following information:
I am wanting to trace my ancestor who emigrated to the USA 1882. His name was Herman(n) Frederick Haar DOB: 3rd September 1860. I have hit a "dead end" as far as to finding his parents and siblings (Heinrich und Karl) dob: unknown
the information I have so far is:
Where did he settle in the U.S.? he came to the USA in 1882 on the Ship "Braunschweig" and settled in Kansas
Whom did he marry, where and when?
He married Augusta Greiser who was born in 5 november 1866 in what is now called poland
Did they have any children, their names? they had 7 children.......Amallie, Ottilita, Hugo, Charlotta, Tilly, Frieda and Max Herman(5 Feb 1900)
