Maruzza Faso (Lazzara) - Last Names

It looks like she has the name Lazzara in your tree on MyHeritage. Do you know where you may have seen that name?

Not sure where it came from but I have lazzara as her birth name. I also have it on my Ancestry tree. I’ll keep digging

I reverted her "Birth Surname" and "Last Name" back to Di Vittorio. There is also a an "Also Known As" of Maria Vittoria which remains also.

It seems that there are people born about 1770 and 1799 where their mother is listed as this Maruzza Di Vittorio and an Antonino Faso.

There is also a Maria Lazzara that wasn't born until around 1807 and she was also married to an Antonino Faso and their children weren't born until the 1830s.

So I think we had a couple couples about a generation or so apart that got a little tangled.

I think we have made things better here on the tree on Geni...I can't say much for the other stuff scattered elsewhere. I can maybe lock some things down a bit to prevent it from getting mangled a bit again.
