Hello,

I am trying to use Smart Match to copy from Ancestry.com and MyHeritage.com to Geni.com I am in Ancestry on the profile page of the person that I want to copy to Geni.com and the click on Smart Copy to put in Destination name and it will not read it. Help please and thank you.

At the time, you did not have rights to use the full functions of Smartcopy. Please try again. You click on SmartCopy icon on the Ancestry page. You then enter the link to the destination of the profile on Geni Hermann Rudolph Kenull
in the field for "Geni ID or URL".

On Ancestry or MyHeritage, make sure you've logged into the english version of the site as that is what SmartCopy tries to read. You can use another language, but it still needs to be able to connect to the english site behind the scenes without getting denied.
