Connecticut's State Capital Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut Project

Can you help me understand which profiles are supposed to be added to this project? In looking at the list of profiles added, a majority never lived in Hartford and have no vital records there, so I guess I'm a little confused. :)

Also, I would remove the "Connecticut's State Capital" from the project title, since it's been the state's official/sole capital for well under half of the state's existence. The moniker wouldn't apply to most of the Hartford-connected profiles on Geni.
