Empty profiles like that should not have the quality marker Master Profile and definitely not totally locked.

hi, remove at least the block to the information, so who has info or links can easy paste.

(on wiki the Germans have done a nice job .. Italians and French are working on it.)

I have unlocked the profile (Anne,- the whole profile was locked without any required curator notice why).

Fell free to add info in multiple languages.

he is not a character so internationally complicated to request the excellent GENI multilingual system: everyone calls him only with his Italian name^^,
I just paste a wiki link for there then in the future any curious can watch what languages will be available (or maybe some scholar is looking for sources for him to study :)

if others will have other useful links to paste.. he will be ready to welcome.
[and I don't mean every language a wiki link, every one inside wiki should be able to change language lol:]
