I'm thrilled to see her likeness. I found her marker at Parks Cemetery, Nola, Scott County, Arkansas. I have a photo. It says she was born December 20,1883 and died August 9, 1898. I assumed she died in Scott County, Arkansas, but it's possible they brought her back to be buried at Parks Cemetery because many of the Jones family are buried there.
I'm the 4th great granddaughter of John William Jones and Elizabeth Eddy thru their son Levi Bauze Aday Jones. Matilda Armenda Jones Welch Oller was his sister. I'm also descended from the Ollers thru my grandmother Dollie Jones Hale.
William Jess Oller's grandparents were Mary Ann "Polly" Allen and Jesse Oller. Mary was a sister of Rebecca Allen Oller - my 4th great grandmother. Jesse Oller was a cousin of Rebecca's husband Arthur Oller.
