While researching my my great-uncle, Leo Richard Plouf, I came across the 1930 US census for Millbank, So. Dak.. In that document it states that the birth location for Anne Plouf is Wisconsin and that her father was born in French Canada, and her mother was born in Wisconsin. While this seems to be good evidence, I didn't want to change the birth location if someone else has better information.
