The will of Richard Fowler Sr., died 1790 Laurens S.C. names wife Elizabeth, a son Richard Jr. and a son Joshua. He also has a daughter named Elizabeth. I suspect it is Richard, Jr who married Lydia Jones and died in Alabama. If correct then someone is using the birth of Richard Sr. and the death of Richard Jr.to arrive at an age of about 100 years. It is also possible that the Joshua Fowler above, born in Tennessee is not Joshua Fowler son of Richard Sr. but Joshua son of Richard Jr. G.B.
