Today I read an email from Geni asking if there was a match with my Grandmother Mary Elizabeth James. In the other match it stated a Maddern family tree had John Jeffery James married to an Elizabeth Douglas and a son Thomas Richard James. My Grandmother married John Jeffery James in Sydney NSW 1 Jul 1893. She was born Diggles not a Douglas and they had 7 children none of whom were a Thomas.
