I have seen two women listed as the mother of Gabriel/wife of Francis. Both must be incorrect because they are younger than Gabriel. Does anyone have a clue about his mother? It was not the Queen of France or the Duchess Louisa (consort of Louis XIV. Both are listed on My Heritage, and both are too young.
