Menachem Mendel HaLevi Sigalov, of Kiev - Link to Tarasha early 1800s censuses

I found an article in the 1922 St Louis Post Dispatch that referenced Alex Sigoloff (son of Eli, who is son of Menachem) receiving a letter from his family still in Russia at that time. (See Alex's profile, media, I've uploaded the article there.)

He referenced the town "Tarsha". An article on JewUA (http://jewua.org/tarashcha/) pointed me to these Tarsha censuses, and am led to believe that the surname Sigolov is contained in them. They're scanned originals and appear to be in Ukranian.
