Is the person I think he married and was mother to his children, specifically Ann Hyde. This lady had a grandmother Elizabeth Blount who was daughter of Sir Richard Blount of Mapledurham according to some records here: http://www.oodwooc.co.uk/ph_lt_aub.htm#0177
I have merged to replace Martha Blount with Anne St John as wife of George Aylliffe. Martha was not attached to any family, I found no evidence of her name, and the family has further ties with St John re what will be cousin marriages, common for the class and times.
Blount appears further back in the St John tree. Happy to revert if more information comes to hand. But old publication of the St John tree confirms this marriage, I cannot upload the document due to copy write, see the about for the link.
