Henry and Sarah married in Australia in 1818 and in the 1828 census only had sons John born 9/6/1824 and Henry born 25/11/1826 so it would seem unlikely that they travelled to England and had Charles in 1822 and then returned to Australia without him or brought him back and gave him to someone else.
