I am trying to reach any of my first three matches of my haplogroup and none exist. All 400 errors

I am trying to contact my first three matches of my haplogroup, but all three of them, though they have a named contacts, give me a 400 error when I try to contact them. Is this on purpose because I am not PRO or is it because they no longer exist on Geni.com?

Judith Lee Flamer if these are trying to forward you to YSearch.org or Mitosearch.org, it turns out Family Tree DNA has shut down those web sites. This makes these "HIDDEN Lastname" matches pretty useless, so we'll be removing them from Geni.
