Looking for Thomas Bacon's parents. Thomas was born in Massachusetts 1799. I have no day or month yet. I've been looking for 8 years or so.
I think I may have found something. His father may have been Phineas Bacon born 1766 Newton Mass and mother was Sally Popkins.
I think Phineas died in 1807 in Portland Massachusetts and his wife remarried Reuben Sanderson in New Hampshire. I found a record that shows Thomas' siblings under Reuben Sanderson's pension and it states that Phineas Bacon 1800 Newton, Jane Bacon and Edward Bacon being Sally's children from a different husband.
So Phineas, Jane and Edward Bacon lived in New Hampshire with Reuben Sanderson and their mother Sally Popkins Bacon Sanderson.
Thomas was the eldest of the children and there was also another girl named Sally and I haven't found her yet.
Thomas married Betsy Woodcock. I think they married in Vermont. They lived in Almond New York most of their lives.
