There is a conflict about Blume Wahl married Abraham Oppenheim, the brother of Samuel Oppenheim and father of David Oppenheim, the chief rabbi of Prague.
Blume Blumlin Oppenheimer

In " Die Grabschriften des Alten Judenfriedhofes in Wien "
Band II-by Dr. Bernhard Wachstein- pg. 24 it is written that she was the sister of Naftali Hirz b. David Whol zum wissen Schwanen from Frankfurt.
Hirz died in Vienna 6.5.1707.. Number 704 in the book.
also that his father David b. Mordechai Marx married Sarlin the daughter of Ascher Anschel.
Kevin Lawrence Hanit says that According to Dr. Neil Rosenstein's 3rd edition of "The Unbroken Chain" Chapter 1, Blume is the daughter of David Wahl Katzenellenbogen and Tilla Isserles.
I do not have that book.
What is the right way to solve this conflict.
to use the one that was printed in 1783 or the new one 2017????Dr. Wachstein or Dr. Neil Rosenstein

Looking at Dr. Rosenstein's sources for her brother, he states that the source that he used is Ludwig August Frankl's "Inschriften des alten juedische Friedhofes in Wien.

The source of the sister is Dr. Leopold Lowenstein's Geschichte der Juden in der Kurpfalz (1895) page 89.

She was definitely born in Frankfurt.

another point:
Blumele was born in FFM
As I see her "father" Katzenellenbogen is from Bellarus, did he move to FFM at some point?

I would trust Wachstein on this one. I moved her.

At the very end of his write-up on Naftali Herz, Wachstein writes that the connection to Katzenellenbogen mentioned in Frankl lacks all basis and does not even deserve a response.

Seems correct now as far as I can see. No Katzenellenbogen connection.
