Abner Brooks Casey was born ca 1700 in Ulster, Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland, and came to the Colonies with his brother, Peter Casey. He and Peter Casey left Ireland about 1738.
Abner Casey married Harriet "Hattie" Green when he was 16 years old. They had many sons and two known daughters. His known sons were: Jesse Bartholomew Casey, John Casey, Randolph Casey, James Casey, Benjamin Casey, Christopher (Columbus?) Casey, Levi Garrett Casey, Moses Casey and Aaron Casey. The known daughters are Sarah Casey and Nancy Casey.
