I've turned geolocation off in SmartCopy config. Even still, it hangs here after cycling through family members:

[Waiting] Reading Family Data...
Determining Locations

Is there anything else that I can do to get SmartCopy to start working again?

Private User, SC gets hung-up on determining locations.

I had same issue. Started 6 hours ago, working fine for the previous hour then not.
Havent tried again since then as am at work.

Looks like it's moving along now, but you'll get no locations. Google changed their requirements for querying this data. I won't be able to fix it until next week.

I'm still stuck :(

I'm stuck still as well. It is not moving along.

Angus, Jeff's comment in this thread (that SC is working again) is more recent than his post that you link to and suggests that SC should still be working tho possibly with limitations.
This is not the case SC is not working at all.

This Jeff's post that I tried referring to
"Jeff Gentes C

Report
Looks like Google is now requiring an api key to query locations, which of course will have a quota tied to SmartCopy. It will take some time to figure this out as I'm out of town, but I'll try to push a quick work around."

Yup, was 19 minutes before he posted here :)

As of 6 hours ago i have full functioning SC so whatever Jeff tried seems to have worked, unless Google switched back.

My SC is stuck at "Reading family data" from find a grave. It just seemed to be clocking with no results. Earlier it was giving me errors when trying to copy a famillysearch tree. However, it let me copy a single record from familysearch.

I think Geni was being sluggish - let me know if the problem persists and what link you're trying to copy so that I can test.

I think the problem is with Sc and Find a grave. SC does not get past reading family data.

Not for me. I am using v4.3.15.9 on Chrome.

Same version as mine

Looks like FindAGrave might have turned off the old site / format. I've yet to do the new formatting. I was just reading the old site behind the scenes.

I think Angus was parsing a SmartMatch of FindAGrave, not FindAGrave directly.

August 20th was the last day for the old Find a Grave site. I'm also having problems since then.

Just curious as to why this is a separate discussion and not in the SC thread? I checked that thread first, to see if anyone else was having an issue. Luckily, I saw this one.

Jeff is working on fixing the FindAGrave parsing ... it will take a few days to get it 'worked out'.
