looking for my birth father with the name Russell Popo/popoff/Popov/Papov

He could have been born around 1900-1920, and was a salesman, meeting my birth mother in Melville, Saskatchewan. He was Russian Doukhobor, and with my DNA I know he is from the Ivan Simeonevich Popoff/Popov b: 1848, Russia. I believe his line is from a sibling of Ivans but I can't find any siblings for him. His father was Simeon (Symonoosh Ka) Popov. abt 1825. The family down the line branches into Cheveldave and Androsov lines also. Any help appreciated. J.
