I see where the parents of Andrew Jackson Phillips was added as Nathaniel Phillips and Sarah Kisser Phillips Sutherland
I don't think this is correct. It may be part of the missing link. I am the grandson through his son Charles Edward. I have had a Y DNA test through Family Tree DNA. I have not located a Phillips DNA anywhere close to me. I have exact matches with Sutheerland
I can trace Nathaniel Phillips' wife Sarah Ann Kiser by her mother all the way back to Jamie the Scotsman Sutherland. After she was married to Nathaniel Phillips she was married to a Samuel "Bozier" Sutherland. I can trace him back to Jamie "The Scotsman" Sutherland.
I do not find where AJ was born or listed as a child with either Nathaniel or Samuel.
I would love to match Y DNA with descendants of both Nathaniel and Samuel. Until then I would not start saying Nathaniel Phillips is the father of Andrew Jackson Phillips
