Barend Johannes, seems to be Jan Abraham Welthagen and Hester Wilhelmina Van Niekerk's Son,

But, there is a name "ANDRIES" added in the register in front of Jan Abraham Welthagen's name but the rest seems to be correct.

My Opinion is: these are the correct parents, but need your opinion too please before adding this profile.
